The follow-ing year she worked as an lCU Pediatric Nurse at LakewoodMedical Hospital in Morgan City, LA. Sandra also worked atSouth Louisiana Medical Center and Madison Parish NursingHome. She relocated to Pasadena, CA in 1981 and served as aStaff Registered Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, andStaff Developer. During her tenure at LSU, from 1987-1999,she was a Clinical Instructor, taught CPR classes, and trainedpotential registered nurses.

Born Saturday, July 01, 1933 in Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her Parents, George and Ethel Bedgood; Husband, Ernest Freeman; Son, Milton Freeman; Sister, Edna Lee Dawson; Brother, John T. Bedgood. Those left to cherish her memory include her Daughter, Renee Freeman; Sons, Eugene Freeman and wife Pat, Mike Freeman and wife Vicki and Son, Roger Freeman and wife Robin; Brother, Roy Bedgood; 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great- Grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM Monday, May 11, 2015 with Rev. Boogie Bedgood officiating.
