Mrs. Kay Frances (Shelton) White, age 79 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, February 08, 2015 surrounded by her family. Born Monday, December 30, 1935 in Atlanta, Louisiana, she was a member of Sardis Baptist Church and was retired from Wal-Mart. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her Parents, Henry Clarence and Florence Eilene Shelton; and Brother, Richard Shelton. Those left to cherish her memory include her Husband, David White, Winnfield; Daughters, Barbara White, Winnfield and  Carolyn Cannon and husband Allen, Swartz; Sons, Johnny White and wife Karen, Winnfield and Ken White and wifeCathy, Waco, TX; 13 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Cele Thompson, Linda Shelton, Connie Ferguson, Lawanda Holmes and Jetta Moore; Brothers, Cloy Shelton, David Shelton and Pat Shelton; and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 11 from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Mrs. Shirley Ruth Stroud, age 70 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, February 03, 2015. She was born Friday, February 04, 1944 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and enjoyed sewing, cooking and working in her yard. She especially enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her grandchildren. Mrs. Stroud was preceded in  death by her Parents, Jimmie and Ida Mae Hammer; Husband, Charles Stroud; Daughter, Cheryle White; Granddaughter, Amanda Ritter; Brothers, Lonnie  Hammer, Larry Hammer and Edward Hammer; Sister, Wanda Hammer. Those left to cherish her memory include her Companion Alex Guerrerro, Sons, Billy Wise, Danny Wise and wife Donna and Tommy Wise and wife Eva all of Winnfield; Daughters, Melba Boyd and husband Kenny, Winnfield and Jerri Ashley and husband George, Dodson; 16 Grandchildren and 21 Great- Grandchildren; Brothers, James Hammer, Steve Hammer, John Hammer, Jimmy Wayne Hammer and Terry Hammer; Sister, Mary Jane Neale; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
