Mrs. Sharon Lynn Dellucci, age 52 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Colfax Reunion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Colfax. Born Sunday, October 29, 1961 in Houston, Texas, she was
an employee of the City of Winnfield Utilities Department. Mrs. Dellucci was preceded in death by her father, Curtis L.
Gorham, and husband, Larry Dellucci. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Bertha M. Howell Gorham, son, Daniel Dellucci and fiance Lauren, daughter, Jennifer Mockosher and husband Jason, grandchildren, Nickalas and Dalton Mockosher, brother, Dewaine Gorham and wife Dianna, sister, Kay Tamez and husband Arnold, special friend, John Mockosher, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM on Friday at Southern

Louise White Postle, formerly of Winnfield, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014, in Metairie, LA. Mrs. Postle was born
in Paris, TX, March 29, 1918. Her mother, Nettie McCasland White, died when Mrs. Postle was only 9 years old, so her
father, Clarence White, moved the family to Louisiana, his native state, and raised Mrs. Postle and her older sister alone.

Waymon Thompson

Funeral services for Waymon Thompson were held at 12:00 pm on Monday, May 26, 2014 at Christian Harmony Baptist Church in Trichell Community, LA with Rev. Lamar Carpenter and Rev. David Matlock officiating. Interment followed at St.
Maurice Cemetery in St. Maurice, LA. Waymon Thompson, 85 years of age, passed away May 23, 2014. He was born October 3, 1928 in Natchitoches, LA. He was a lifetime resident of Louisiana, a loving husband to Alice, and a wonderful father and grandfather. He served his country by enlisting in the Army Air Corps and was an inspector/owner of  Thompson Inspection and Testing, Inc. He loved to fish, garden, and play golf. Mrs. Janie Yoshiko Ahlwardt, age 60 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, May 06, 2014. She was  employed at Mac’s Fresh Market of Winnfield. Born Tuesday, April 27, 1954 in Japan, she was preceded in death by her Parents, Doyle and Toshiko Goodman. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Tessa Musgrove and husband Terence, Winnfield, LA; son, Lewis Ahlwardt, Moss Point, MS; grandchildren, Christine, Anthony, Lewis, Brelynn, Trentin, Gavin and Hallie; brother, John Goodman; sisters, June Santucci, Judy Anzo, Joii Bonilla and Jolin Gully. Mrs. Alice Emogene Nelson, 82, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at her home in Dodson after a lengthy illness. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Debbie Dark and husband Roger of Jonesboro; son, Michael Nelson and wife Kayla of Dodson; grandchildren, Denise Chestnut, Mark Parker, Jess Logan Nelson and Zack Nelson; great-grandchildren, Sarah Chestnut, Hunter Freeman, Trenten Parker, Madison Nelson and Jess Michael Nelson; special friends, Sherry Forest, Wanda Brown and Sandra Durbin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Dorothy Durbin; husband, Jack Nelson. Funeral services were held Thursday 2:00PM at Antioch Bible Way Church, Brewtons Mill with Reverend Elton Gunter, Reverend Richard Harmon and Reverend Randy Dark officiating. Burial followed in the Antioch Community Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were; Mark Parker, David Chestnut, Roger Dark, Zack Nelson, Stanley Parker and Hunter Freeman.

Mr. Lloyd Allen Chatham, 67, of Chatham, La passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at University Health in
Shreveport. Mr. Chatham served in the National Guard as well as the US Navy. He was a member of Chatham United
Methodist Church, member of Sons of Confederate Veterans and he served in the Vietnam War while in the US Navy.
