Krewe Of Kingfish Parade To Roll January 20th

The tradition of Mardi Gras can be traced back to medieval Europe, and Mardi Gras in New Orleans has been called “The Greatest Free Show on Earth”. Residents of Winn Parish are invited to participate in the season, without the long drive to New Orleans, or the crowds that gather at the downtown parades.

The Krewe of Kingfish has excitedly announced that their 26th Annual Mardi Gras Parade will roll on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. Participating in a Mardi Gras parade is an experience like no other. The excitement from a float is one that is not easily forgotten.

This is your opportunity to become a part of Mardi Gras tradition that is older than Louisiana, herself.
