Sheriff Cranford Jordan and his staff honored local veterans with a special luncheon on Friday, Nov 10 at the Central Louisiana Technical Community College in Winnfield. There were 87 veterans and guests in attendance. This was the 8th veterans day program that the sheriff has sponsored. Retired Colonel Houston Polson was the guest speaker and Pastor Joel Hines of The Family Church led the prayer.
