Michael Carte rand Joselyn Carter, two Winnfield natives, delivered an unprecedented blessing to the City of Winnfield. Never before have we had the pleasure of witnessing such an exhibition of a merited kindness. This amazing couple gave away two brand new homes. The two citizens blessed to receive these precious gifts were Shawanda Dorsey and Sheretha Washington. Mike and Jocelyn Carter’s generosity will forever be appreciated and never forgotten.
