The Winnfield Fire Department signed up a new member recently. Firefighters were dispatched to a reported brush fire in a yard and their probie was first on scene. Once the engine arrived the young man grabbed a booster line and went to work. Within a few minutes he had the fire completely extinguished. Great job young man!
