Two new CASA advocates were recently sworn to Winn Parish by Judge Anastasia Wiley. Both advocates are pictured above with Judge Wiley. They are (L) Clara Anderson, and (R) Sharon Fox. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) advocates for the best interests of Children who are in the State’s Custody and have experienced abuse or neglect. Children with a CASA spend less time in foster care, are more likely to succeed in school, and more likely to find a safe, permanent, and loving home.
