Winn Parish extension agent Walter “Donny” Moon was named this years Northwest Region 4-H Agent of the Year. This presentation was made recently during a Louisiana 4-H Foundation Scholarship Awards Luncheon. Congratulations Mr. Moon! It’s a Win Winn situation!
