Joe Lewis, a freshman at Winnfield Senior High School, has been selected to the 20232024 Legislative Youth Advisory Council. Joe is the son of Tenisha Phillips and Joe Lewis III. He has many accomplishments under his belt already such as 4-H President, completing over 100 hours of community service, and becoming a deacon at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church. Joe was recognized as a WPSB student of the year and went on to become district winner for Winn Parish. Congratulations, Joe!
