The Rotary Club of Winnfield brought in Carolyn Phillips to recognize and honor her for her work she does for the community and were joined by current mayor George Moss and previous mayors Deano Thornton, Kiah Beville and B.R. Audirsch and former editor at the Winn Parish Enterprise Bob Poleman to say a program on Phillips.

Rotarian of the Week Ted Wold had planned to honor Phillips last year, but due to COVID-19 pushed it back a year.

Wold had told Phillips to give a program about her work with Uncle Earl’s Hog Dog Festival and the Louisiana Political Museum because she knew she’d never come to a program honoring her accomplishments in the community.
