Frances Prescott White

Frances Prescott White, age 46 of Cordova, Tennessee completed God’s plan for her life on Saturday, January 23, 2021 after a brief illness.

Frances was born June 30, 1974 in Oxford, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her father: John David Melton and an unborn son.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of almost 20 years, Joseph White: her children Brian and Brianna White all of Cordova, Tennessee. Her mother, Betty Costilow and significant other John of Duckhill, Mississippi. Her parents in-law: Jimmy and Karen White of Winnfield, Louisiana. One brother, Philip Knickel of Mississippi. Sibling-in-laws, Jennifer (Brad) Watts of Carrollton, Mississippi, Jodie (Paul) Busha of Winnfield, Louisiana. One nephew, Tyler Watts of Brandon, Mississippi; Two nieces: Olivia and Blakelyn Busha of Winnfield, Louisiana. As well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and day care babies.

Frances devoted her life to love others. Her passion for children lead her to many years of service as a daycare teacher. She stated her daycare ‘’babies’’ would never doubt that someone loved them and she never neglected to “love on them” daily.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 29, 2021 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Calvin, La from 5-8:30 p.m. Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 30, 2021 at South Winnfield Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Billy Verhoef and Bro. Jack Miller officiating.

The family has request that all in attendance wear a face covering.
