So, you get angry and explode. Or maybe you get angry and hold it in for later. Or still, you may take everything in stride and it takes a lot to make you angry. All these are unhealthy means to handle anger. What happens when I get angry? Your heart rate, arterial tension, and testosterone production increases, cortisol (stress hormone) decreases, and the left hemisphere
of the brain become more stimulated.
