Kenneth Thomas “Kenny” Egan Jr

Kenneth Thomas “Kenny” Egan Jr., 70 of Bowling Green VA, formerly of Louisiana, died Tuesday August 26, 2014 in Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. He had retired as a Chief in the United States Navy after 21 years of service.
After his retirement he had a career as an automotive instructor at the Louisiana Technical College, Huey P. Long Campus and also traveled the country for NATEF certifying schools with automotive programs. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Egan; his son, Michael Egan (Kim); three daughters, Connie Guillot (Brett), Mattsye Miller and Karen Egan; a sister, Phyllis Brewton; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family celebrated his life by receiving friends at Storke Funeral
Home, Bowling Green, Saturday September 6th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM, at which time Navy Honors were performed. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions maybe made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
