Dodson named during “speed trap” debate

Dodson was the target, along with other Louisiana villages, of political ramblings last week when a Louisiana House panel approved a bill on March 24 that would require municipalities that collect more than 50 percent of their revenue from speeding citations to label themselves as a “speed trap” and pay for a blinking highway  sign that would broadcast that
fact.
