Mrs. Bobbie Ruth Thompson White, age 79 went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2013 at Ochsner�s Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was born on June 25, Hebert, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by herhusband W. A. (Sonny) White, her parents; Gus and Emma Thompson, a sister, June Anderson, and a grandson; Nicholas White. She is survived by four sons; Jimmy and wife Karen White of Austin, Texas, Bobby and wife Kathy White of Meridian, Mississippi, Tony and wife Teresa White of Winnfield, and Ricky and wife Jennifer White also of Winnfield. Thirteen grandchildren; Jennifer and husband, Brad Watts of Carrollton, Mississippi, Jodie and husband Paul Busha of Winnfield, Joseph and wife Frances White of Winnfield, Terry and wife Danielle White of Brandon, Mississippi, Jeremy and wife Liz White of Florence, Mississippi, Cody Koch, Shelby Koch, Brandee Rigsby, Anthony and wife Sandra White of Winnfield, Amanda and husband, Steven Joe of Shreveport, Heather and husband Brent Zimmerman of Winnfield, T.J. Kennedy of Shreveport, and Rebecca White of Winnfield. Eighteen great grandchildren; Tyler Watts, Brian White, Brianna White, Olivia Busha, Blakelyn Busha, Jessi White, Joshua White, Dylan White, Brayden White, Camden White, Jayden Rigsby, Brody White, Colton Joe, Remington Joe, Kristin LeBaron, Caston Zimmerman, Jewel Kennedy, and Landon Kennedy. She is also survived by two sisters; Joan Cader of Olla and Mertis Gilmore of Birmingham, Alabama. Bobbie was a homemaker and a member of Corinth Baptist Church. She was an avid sportsman and loved spending time with her family. Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 20, 2013 at Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Joseph White and Rev. Billy Prince officiating. Interment followed in Garden of Memories, in Winnfield. Serving the family as pallbearers were Anthony White, Terry White, Joseph White, Steven Joe, Paul Busha and Brad Watts. Online condolences may be made to the family at
