Katherine Joan Beaubouef

Home Going services celebrating the life of Katherine Joan Beaubouef will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville, with Brother Shane David officiating and a Family Reading by Willie Beaubouef. Burial will follow in Frazier Cemetery, Prospect. Visitation will resume on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Pallbearers honored to serve are James Honeycutt, Ryan Honeycutt, Alajandro Ducote, Robert Jones, Doug Phillips and Cleveland Dodge. Honorary pallbearers are Darren Phillips, Bruce Phillips and Lee Jones. Katherine Joan Beaubouef, 78, of Alexandria, passed from this life on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Katherine attended Word of Grace Church. During her working career she was a Resident Training Assistant for Pecan Grove Training Center. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Katherine was a loving, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who was dearly loved. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten by the many who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Skylar Paul Carmouche; parents, Charles, Sr. and Frances McGuire Phillips; sisters, Pauline Jones, Yvonne Johnson and Ollie Edmonds. Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Paul Leslie Honeycutt and Marvin Eugene Honeycutt and wife, Kristi; daughters, Frances Irene Honeycutt, Aurora Daneen Beaubouef and husband, Willie; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Phillips, Jr., Douglas Phillips, Paul Phillips and Roger Phillips and a host of other family members and friends.
