Pilot Club Hosts First Princess Ball

The first annual Princess Ball, geared toward little girls 12 and younger, got off to a wonderful start Friday night, March 16th. The First Presbyterian Church of Winnfield was the venue for the magical excitement that waited these precious young ladies as they entered the ball. Twinkle lights and glistening stars dawned the room and quickly grabbed each princess’s attention. A small tulle draped Cinderella carriage stood to one side of the room where each little girl had their picture made as the “Princess arriving by carriage”.

When the DJ kicked the evening off with music, each young lady was led to the dance floor by her escort. Seeing the amazing daddies, uncles, grandfathers and even brothers in their best outfits making so many little girls’ fairy tales come to life was the highlight of the night. Couples wore color coordinated outfits and matching corsages and boutonnières, which made the event even more awesome. In the ball, each little girl decorated their own Princess Cupcake and snacks with drinks were readily available to everyone.
