Taylor Lawren Diercks
Mrs. Taylor Lawren Diercks, age 28 of Brewton, AL, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the Brewton hospital.
Mrs. Diercks was born in Ruston, LA and had been a resident of the Brewton area since 2000. She attended T.R. Miller High School, Jefferson Davis Community College, and earned her BSN at Auburn University at Montgomery. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Andalusia Hospital. Taylor loved to read, going to the beach, boating, Auburn University Football, and spending time with her family and friends. She attended Brewton First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Leslie Griffin and Fred Zimmerman.
She is survived by her husband of four years, Cory Diercks of Brewton; a daughter, Marlee Grace Diercks of Brewton; her mother, Angie Smith Taylor of Flomaton; father, Larry (Renee) Zimmerman of Houston; brother, Alan Michael Zimmerman of Winnfield, LA; father-in-law, Robert Allen Diercks of Brewton; mother-inlaw, Carin Lee Diercks of Brewton; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Griffin of Winnfield, LA; maternal grandfather, Leon Smith of Flomaton; paternal grandmother; Ginger Zimmerman of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; brothers-in-law, Trevor Allen (Rebecca) Diercks and Nash Hyde Diercks, both of Brewton; nieces, Kensley Grace Zimmerman and Natalie Clair Diercks; and other family members.
Family and friends of Taylor Lawren Diercks are respectfully invited to attend the visitation and funeral service for Taylor. Service was held at First United Methodist Church Brewton, AL on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. with Bro. Bobby Ellisor officiating. Graveside was immediately after at Union Cemetery.
Visitation was held on Saturday from 11:30 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. at First United Methodist Church Brewton.
Pallbearers were Trevor Allen Diercks, Nash Hyde Diercks, Joshua Howell, Levi Cofield, Kenneth White, Zach Zimmerman.
