Sheri McManus Miller

Mrs. Sheri McManus Miller, age 52 of Winnsboro, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

Born Monday, February 17, 1969 in Bossier City, Louisiana, she was a member of Simple Church in Bossier City where she was active in the children’s ministries. She was a client services representative for 17years with IMA. She enjoyed life to the fullest, cherished her familyand friends and loved to sing karaoke and loved holding on to the tv remote to the bitter end. Those that knew Sheri knew that after a cup of coffee and her “God’s minutes, ” then she would talk to you and that a good nap was a very good thing. She was a loving mom. Daughter. Niece. Friend. She was so caring to everyone. You could tell what she was thinking or that something sly was about to come out of her mouth by those little faces she would make. She always sang in the car with her lipstick stained coffee cup. Stubborn to the very last minute. She never wanted anyone to worry about her. Don’t cry baby she would say.

Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her father, Morris Lee “Mac” McManus.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Linda Thomason McManus; children, Michelle Holt, Parrish Boyd (Alexis) and Dalton Miller; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Aubrey, Brody and Connor Reid; Brothers, Robert “Bobby” Fowler (Robert) and Daniel Dale Mitchel.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Southern Funeral Home with Rev. Lamar Carpenter officiating.

The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of services.
